This weekend, I noticed, there is a part of the city Karsthafen, that was not finished. Behind one of the doors to the 'Unterstadt' (Nether City), there was only a few steps and then nothing! And as I was building the passageway from the door to the Nether City, I found a big underground sea. At this sea, I build that:

It's an old pirate town, opened to tourism. There are housings, shops, restaurants and hotels.

This is an excellent map. Thanks for keeping us up-to-date on what's going on! The cathedral (too big for a church) is very impressive. I'd really love to walk around all this without having to download the map first.

The Cathedral will be in the next download-version of the map. Everybody who want this map as basis of his minetest-server, can use the map, as the license cc-by-sa is adhered. I myself have no public server.

In the last weeks, I had only played minetest a little. So, for example, I have reconstructed the architects monument at the coordinates 0,0,0:

That's Yellow-ish with a bit of dark-ish, i guess my perception of the colors and world is different to yours...
(I swear that car was actually purple!)

Don't you know that the "perception" is something not samely in all the persons...
You say the sky is "blue", don't you know that isn't like that? We see the sky like blue, but it isn't blue actually...

The Name of the map is Karsthafen (Karst-Harbour). There is a City with the same name on the map. But there is more, like the 666m high Devils Tower, the villages Rote Stadt (Red City), Jägerhof (Huntsman Household) and Meritensee (Merits Lake). I plan to build many more things in the future, like the big modern town Königsdorf (Kings Village).
The map is build without aditional addons except WorldEdit.
