[Mod] Lakes above sealevel [bergsee]

I wanted to have lakes also on higher altitudes, otherwise it would become boring up there on the flolands.
The trick is that it takes the existing mapgen and fills pools with water. It does not alter the rest.

Currently it as several bugs and is very slow. So please take it, play with it and make it better.

What about moving the voxelmanip stuff out of the for loop? I think this could decrease the lag very much.

Here's the voxelmanip mod version of indev floatlands https://github.com/paramat/floatindev
if you try it let me know what you think, deserts perhaps coming. The floatland layers are now every 2 vertical chunks, or any interval you choose. Floatlands every chunk was causing lots of glitchy shadows, and looked too close.
