Just needed to upgrade Minetest.

Try with the newest version of the mod. Surely that works!
Also: For the information of errors justly put the most recent info of your debug.txt (It's in .minetest/bin)

Welll... you can always try doing a back up of the "worlds folder" (I mean justly copy-paste the folder elsewhere where it can't be deleted my Minetest or anything), then update the game, and if the worlds were erased justly copy-paste your backed up folder into the minetest folder of the updated game!

If you deleted it from a file manager like nautilus it might be in a trash place where you can restore them from. Otherwise I don't know. There are some file recovery tools but I don't know much about them.
Every time a mod API is left undocumented, a koala dies.
