Minetest 0.4.15 newly installed : impossible to create a map

Hi everyone, I come to write this message for a friend who would like to try Minetest to play wih me ^^

He downloaded the portable zip 64bit for his Windows one hour ago, extracted it and put it in his documents while following the Wiki's advices "Extract the downloaded archive. We suggest C:\Minetest\, C:\Games\Minetest\ or %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Minetest\. It doesn't matter where, as long as you have read/write access. Do NOT save to C:\Program Files\ or similar, as it will cause problems (no write access)."
Then try to create a solo world : choose a name, use default mapgen v7 and launch the process. Some warning were on the windows while waiting to the world creation and it failed at the end with this debug file he transferred me :

He tried with other mapgens, simple world name, but nothing work.

Then we try to connect to a server where I play regularly and it worked. So he's unable to create and play on a world by himself. Do you have an idea to help him ?

possible cause? Ask him to try it in C:\Minetest

Could you ask him to place Minetest folder in a place where program can edit file freely? (i.e. without Administrator permission)

Yes, on this one I also noticed that but then we were in vocal call and I asked him to use Minetest Game but He told me it was the same (I pasted here the first debug file in fact, next try if it fails I will past a new one).
I don't know if it's the latest, he just downloaded Minetest here, is the lastest Minetest Game bundled with it ?

I do not know if this is correlated, but some default settiings is not really default.

New zip minetest 0.4.15:

max_block_generate_distance 7

Restore to default:

max_block_generate_distance 6

mg_flags dungeons

Restore to default:

mg_flags caves,dungeons,light,decorations

What are settings really default? What are best settings?

Thank you all :) now it works : solution was to create C:\Minetest to extract the file from the .zip
