Problems with 0.4.15 and 0.4.14-dev Windows 10

**SOLVED**
Turns out this was a problem with windows getting through my Comcast firewall.

so i normally run ubuntu but i was gifted a new windows 10 machine. I promised my brother i would try windows for 6 months before reinstalling ubuntu.

here is the problem: i can run minetest fine on ubunut and any android device i have, but on Windows 10 i get an Connection TImed out every time for every server.

I usually play on Fozland but i have tried Xanadu, King Arthur, Apple Tree etc...

i have tried the download from minetest.net, and sfan5's builds for 0.15 and 0.14-dev... any suggestions???

I ill let him know you said this, that makes two votes for him to get canned. if I cant get minetest by the end of the week I'm switching back. windows isn't worth me losing minetest

I agree. I went from windows 7 to debian 8 and never looked back.

my tech refuses to have anything to do with linux
and I'm not skilled enough to know how to install ubuntu
but I have been having issues with test and it's default farming so is it that
if so can someone post a link for minetest 14.14 so I can play minetest off creative mod

if you look on the forums under 'builds' they have builds from 4.14 if you want
