Made it using GIMP, took the lily pad texture from Misa's pack, colorized it in a different color for each frame, set animation speed to 1000ms per image.

It is kind of obnoxious to just ask someone to do something for you, especially if it's just a map. I mean seriously, just set up a map and share it.
