Mods and the Wiki

by hmmm » Tue Dec 06, 2011 16:55

I just have one question (well, I have many questions but this one is the most important one). How do mods fit into the wiki? What I mean is will mods be treated the same as official features (like add new items and crafting recipes to the wiki from mods), or will the wiki have to be reorganized? And what about conflicting mods or mods that are similar with the same items but slightly different qualities? How does this all fit into the wiki? That's all I got.

There hasn't really been a conclusive statement from celeron55 about that, but the nature of mods allows us to pretty much add/remove features as we want without any input from the devs of the engine.

My guess would be that c55 will include mods he likes (as before), and leave out those he doesn't, or that would be too much work to implement (as in conflicting names).
