Re: [Mod] Arrow signs [arrow_signs][4.2] [26.04.2015]

Thank you for updating this mod for new versions. I thought this mod is outdated because of the old screenshots in the first post. :-( This mod is still one of my favourite mods, it is very useful for finding my way in complex cave systems. :-) Thanks, no this mod was not outdated. I may replace th...

Could you please add support for git hosting on bitbucket? It seems your bot does not find the download links in my threads.

Re: Lua error unpack() too many results to unpack

since https://github.com/minetest/minetest/pull/3919 is merged now, this could speed it up much. But due the discussions https://forum.minetest.net/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=15387 and https://github.com/minetest/minetest_game/issues/1235 Im not sure if the Minetest SkinDb or at least Minetest skins ha...

Re: Skin format 1.8 for character model

Please not. The current format (1.7 like plus cape) makes Minetest more unique together Minecraft. If Minetest will always support the newest Minecraft skin format it always requires a update if there is a Minecraft update. So Minetest would depend on what Minecraft is doing. The best idea imo would...

Re: Can't use direct 3d in 0.4.14

For unknown reasons the official minetest builds does not have support for Direct3D (They are somehow compiled on a linux system). If you want direct3D support use a build that is compiled with MSVC. Like Krock's (x32) or mine (x64) Sadly there are no more builds with MSVC available, but I hope the ...

Re: [Mod] X-Decor [git] [xdecor]

Uhm OK thanks so far. I thought something like minetest.register_stair()...
I created an issue about this: https://github.com/minetest-mods/xdecor/issues/56
I also found out, that there are hundreds of nodes registered for that saw that doesn't make logically and from looking of the textures sense.

Yes, I may add this in future versions. Furnaces or chests might be a bit more difficult, because the "context" is missing.

Re: [Mod] Searchlight, Spotlight, colored glow glass [lights

Yes, thats true, I made some tries with stopping if hitting a massive node, but it was realy bad and not performant. In the next version I might let it stop if it hits any node other than air.

Re: Swap Node On Rightclick Problem

hmm in api you define the node as minetest.register_node("digiterm:"..termstring, but in your on() function you want to swap the node {name = node.."_bios"}) . which fails, because that nodename is not registered. the probably correct function might be: function digiterm.system.o...

Re: MinetestMapperGui - Graphical userinterface for mtmapper

hmm The INI file format has severe restrictions on the syntax of a key. Qt works around this by using % as an escape character in keys. In addition, if you save a top-level setting (a key with no slashes in it, e.g., "someKey"), it will appear in the INI file's "General" section....

Then navigate to MinetestMapperGui directory and run "qmake MinetestMapperGui.pro" and "make".
