I might look into that in the future but for now they are staying as is.
When I need to share a door I make it a double door. I place one door and the other person places the other door.

I added a few new doors. The hidden doors now have chest, furnace and bookshelf doors.
Added a couple cottage doors and a new castle door.

Let me know what you think.
If you have ideas for more doors please let me know.
Also, if you want to use any of these doors in your mods feel free to do so.

I just uploaded my_default_doors. It makes bronze, copper, gold and diamond doors.
It is included in the modpack.

getting a great variety. Making it a modpack was an amazing idea, by the way. So far, my favorites are the bookshelf and the diamond door... I have a use already planned for the hidden bookshelf door.

I added 4 more doors. They are in my_old_doors. Please give feedback. I need to know if I should keep going or stop making doors.

I am working on some nodebox doors. Please let me know what you think of them. If you like them then i will add more of them and make better textures for them. They are on_punch activated instead of left click. If you can find a way to change this please tell me.

That would look nice, objects can rotate on their own, e.g. dropped items or the entity on Zeg9's pedestal. There may be a problem that if it's lagging the door continues rotating until the lag stopped and rotation might work only in one direction.

By all means, continue! The doors you make are amazing :) They really add to builds, instead of the 'door' that comes by default breaking a certain theme or having to forgo one, your doors really fit with so much. I love them :)

I just uploaded 3 more doors. It is the future doors.
The crafts seem a little silly but I am running out of craft ideas. Any suggestions would be great.

The first 2 doors are meant to be put together as double doors.

The futuristic doors are great, both for true 'future' applications, and for things like warehouses/government secret bases, things like that. Downloading now :) And for a suggestion, what about a door with a glass insert that would act like a sign, be writable? Not sure if thats even possible, lol.

I don't think that is possible. If someone thinks it is possible then please write the code and I will add it to this mod.

I like these doors that you are making so very, very much, Don. It really is a shame that VanessaE never considered adding this to her Dreambuilder subgame.

just do entity:setyaw(angle_in_radians) and entity:moveto(fpos)
btw: l didn't know that there's a 3d signslib

I'm not sure if signs lib has that much functionality, but the code could certainly be used.

The signs mod I have uses entities for the text. I just have to make the entity place in front of the door and then move when the door opens.
I have family in town for the weekend so I won't get to do this till tomorrow. I hope to have something by Tuesday.

Added nodebox doors.
You might like the sliding doors. The texture is the same as one of the future doors. The difference is that it slides open instead of swing. If you make a double door and right click both doors will open.

Update
I moved the sliding door to future and changed all future doors to sliders.
I will work on the sign door now. After that I think I will be done with doors for a while. There are around 50 doors now.
