Constructive criticism (feel free to ignore):
I find that structures look better if they belong in the place they are set. For this reason, the moat and wall shape of your castle look very odd to me.
The moat should be at the bottom level of the hills - all the way at the foot. At the sides where the hills get higher, you can create rocky outcroppings and base your walls on that.
The walls should follow the natural terrain where they can, using hills as natural walls. Had the castle been on an entirely flat plains, then yeah, square would be a reasonable shape, but you chose to place it on the side of a hill.
