I just want a Small Version of minetest
When i mean small i mean

Thats it
BUT
can you code it in Lua code
And is That Possible
So i can edit it

PS: I would do it if i could make a launcher to launch the game &

Like the default minimal game? You could just delete the mods you don't want.

Nothing simpler, my dear chap; just delete all the extra mods and edit /default/init.lua down to the bare essentials. Who needs desert? Who needs complex crafts? Not me, I say. And deletin' sounds as well as textures brings down the size enormously. Of course, if that won't suit, simply rework old code - dev20120122-1 should do the trick.

I think that the LUA used in Minetest depends on the C++ coding of the blocks and how big they are, how the entities collide with them, etc...
So, you would need something more advanced than LUA to do this (most likely)

Write a game like Minetest in a interpreter language?! He, he, have fun ^^ if you're lucky and you have a fast pc, the game will run with 1 FPS
3D Player in Minetest?! - New GUI and more graphic options
