Hi Fess, I'm using your most recent build, but I keep getting the following error:
Access violation at 000000013F56F858 write?=0 address=25
22:48:00: ERROR[MeshUpdateThread]: ERROR: An unhandled exception occurred: Access violation
I'm not sure if it's related to the build or something else

Hi Fess, the error has persisted, I'm using the minetest_game,
I've managed to pin down the error to the moretrees mod,
I'm not entirely sure whether problem is in the mod side or build side
I hope this helps

I couldn't get this to start. The black dos screen pops up along with an error message that says "The application was unable to start correctly (oxc000007b)." I have Windows 7 64 bit, and no config file is in the folder.

May it possible, that there is no sound in your builds?
Or do I missing something?
EDIT:
after comparing your bin with the stable official build the openAl32.dll seemed a bit small.
I replaced it with the one from official Minetest and the sound works.
maybe your openAl32.dll is broken.

I have some issues with latest compiled build, it crashes after trying to create new world with error in basic init.lua, so update will be later.

Could you add utf-8 support to your build. I cant see Turkish characters in your builds but stefan's is fine.
Edit: Krock said its minetest's error. Hope it will be fixed asap.
