Is there a way to make the xbox controller vibrate when playing Minetest with it? Any mod for that?

First off, no, there are no mods. Mods cannot control advanced things like that. This, instead, is an engine issue. You'd be better off creating an issue on GitHub if you know how.
So, no, there aren't any mods that can do this. This can only be fixed in the engine as mods cannot change the controls in and of themselves.
