[REQUEST]

Blackjack node.

1) You can bet any item in your inventory (uses formspec to place bet and collect winnings).

2) if you beat dealer, or dealer busts, you get that item back plus another the same

3) if you get blackjack, you get yours, plus 2 others

4) if you lose, you lose your item

as to how the cards are given to the player, i'll leave that to the imagination of the mod developer...

How about a 3 by 3 thin board of wood that is a falling node like sand?
Sometimes, it's harder to think up a mod than it is to create it.

Are mirrors possible in minetest? Or perhaps cars? They would seem impossible to code in Lua...

The 3d engine minetest uses supports it (mirrors), but it is currently not possible in LUA iirc.

Currently a usage for the sword is cutting leaves. But I think thats not what you want...

i want a mod that allows upgrading tools
it to work with default tools and the ones from diamonds mod
how to enchant them

hi,
could someone please upload a map with the buildings from the riventest screenshots, it says they are in multinode but the nodenames for them are from madblocks e.g. madblocks:riven_wood while the current riventest is an independent mod.
so could someone please make or upload the original maps of riventest using the latest version and the nodenames are riventest:riven_wood or similar, the point is the modname is riventest rather than the madblocks mod name used in all the maps that are mentioned in the forum. it also says the buildings are in the madblocks/buildings folder but it seems they were removed.

the buildings or maps i am looking for are either the ones in the screenshots in the forum or need to include some of the features that the screenshots in the forum have.

Keyboard shortcuts for commands.

It would be a mod where you can assign keys to commands and edit it in config file.

Example:
Your phone or window isn't wide enough to display the code box. If it's a phone, try rotating it to landscape mode.

That requires client mods, thus C++ knowledge. Probably not very hard to do, but that'd be awesome (binds.conf anyone? :D)

One is a block with many camouflages the recipes are like
M=any(dirt,cobble,chest,tree..)O=iron ingot X=nothing

Then a pressure plate with camos again =)

Then it digs one hole so it can open a manually built trap
like:

I made a traps mod (see link below post).
Would it be able to do this? I could make a block that just disappears when stepped on.

Or Thermal Vision goggles where you can see heat signatures?
Maybe it could be made using C++ instead of lua.
