Guilds, Ranks, and Alliances

This is to prevent griefing on servers and make the game more interesting. Have each player form a zone (first structure on the map creates a zone and how big the structure is the larger the zone is). If one player wants to build on his/her zone, the player must join the person's society or guild and follow the rules. If a player griefs or breaks a rule from that society, then the player is banned from the zone and locks down the zone to prevent him/her from building or expanding his/her structure. Then the player must build his/her own zone. This is how multiple societies are found and trade routes are created. Societies can elect officials too.
