Waht do you think about a VR mod?
So you see Minetest in an other few.
So you can make an option for VR.

I think there is an option for that in the visual menu, but that's kind od advanced and i don't know if buggy... Also Me thinks that For make a compatible Minetest with VR, we actually need to edit the engine... I don't know if you can do that with a mod...

Well minetest already supports stereoscopic rendering so it's only a matter of adding support for head tracking.

jeija has already done it. with a smartwatch, a website and some captors. it could be easy to add a small screen attached to googles

Google Glasses?

google paper glasses to be exact. only 26 €. i think aroun 30 $

I have a better idea... Put 2 screens with a raspberry, adjust them to some glasses, set up Minetest to run in the glasses, make the glasses be 3D and add some "3d" filter to the screen... Google is gonna be JEALOUS of the reality!
