Hi everyone! Minetest generates maps in a progressive way, using the front view of the player. The problem is this:

Often does not update the chunk in certain areas, you need to walk until you get close to that area.

Pressing the "R" is activated wider viewing, but the generation of maps is incorrectly performed, and tends to create a lot of lag. Without wider viewing the maps are generated better, I tested a lot this thing.

My idea is this, increase the range of vision of the player, the fog is too close and the visual range is limited. The game generates chunks in a circular fashion around the player, not only in its visual range. Obviously the increase in visual range should be increased slightly, but is still better than the current situation.
