[GAME] Survival+

[Soudon]

Started making my own subgame it will be survival based and it is in the very early stages. I'm open to any suggestions on mods to add and as far as I can tell no bugs have popped up just yet. I have not tested it on any other version of minetest so I know it works with 0.4.13 but I don't know about the others.

I have removed files relating to minetest next and built this straight off of minetest_game.

relicensed under GPL 3.0, all mods were created by others on the forum and are all credited within each readme of each mod.

Ok I've replaced the mobs mod with the mobs redo mod and added one mob.
added timber and item drop mods.
also added new icon for Survival+ in the main menu

I have relicensed this under GPL 3.0 after being informed of the way it was licensed was not correct. I believe it now is properly licensed and should be ok.

Did a major overhaul by removing minetest next and rebuilding off of minetest_game.
