minetest hangs/lags/freezes/etc

i JUST downloaded minetest
i moved the rar/zip/folder/root/what was the first folder in the rar to my desktop
went to bin and opened the app and get this


have to move the window for the game to even move a frame
how to fix?

comp specs;
Processor Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU J1900 @ 1.99GHz, 1993 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
windows 8.1
500GB + 4TB

it can run most games on high settings

i got the oldest version that i could to work.

got it to work with;
64Bit:
Minetest 0.4.11-x64-dev20150212

problemo is the OpenGL
how to fix?

am i ok with using the version i have or?
